IC Solutions 24/7 Limited does not sell on a sale or return basis. Once a delivery has been made, it is the customer’s responsibility to check that all items are undamaged and acceptable. If this is not the case please contact us within 48 hours to notify us of any issues.
Goods may only be returned if they are in the same condition as they were on delivery to the customer, whole original packs must be unbroken and there must be no damage to the original packaging.
When returning goods to us, please include your name and address, invoice or order number and full details regarding the item(s) being returned.
It is recommended that you obtain adequate insurance and proof of postage for all returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit to us.

Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 24 - 48 hours on receipt of order. We make a small charge for delivery of £12 for all orders.
Goods supplied outside the UK will only be shipped by prior arrangement.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s delivery address specified in the order confirmation and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods. Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.
Payments by BAC's, Cheque or Visa & Mastercard are always welcome.
